Terms and Conditions

Acceptance and authority

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, checkout terms, and notices expressly incorporated into them form the agreement between you and CryptoSentiment.net. By visiting, creating an account, purchasing, or using any part of the service, you accept that agreement. If you use the service for an entity, you represent that you can bind it. If you do not accept the agreement, do not use the service.

CryptoSentiment is operated by Alien_Algorithms, Lochini 3-5, Tbilisi, Georgia.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, legally capable of contracting, and permitted to use the service where you are located. Information you provide must be accurate and kept current. You are responsible for your credentials, devices, connected destinations, and all activity through your account. Accounts and paid access may not be shared, transferred, rented, or resold.

Nature of the service

CryptoSentiment provides historical visualization, normalized attention indices, public-discussion mapping, automated summaries, alerts, and research controls. It is information software, not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, fiduciary, exchange, custodian, tax adviser, or law firm. It does not place trades, hold assets, manage accounts, or make decisions for you.

Charts, indices, classifications, summaries, alerts, model responses, and other outputs are general research material. They are not personalized financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice and are not an offer, solicitation, recommendation, rating, or assurance of any result.

Data, models, and alerts

Inputs and outputs may be delayed, incomplete, revised, unavailable, incorrectly classified, or affected by automated systems and third-party services. Forming candles, rollups, normalized values, maps, summaries, and model responses can change as data is updated. An alert may arrive late, more than once, or not at all. You must independently verify anything material before acting on it.

Our collection sources, source selection, queries, acquisition methods, normalization, mappings, weights, prompts, models, and processing pipeline are confidential except to the limited extent we expressly disclose them in the product. Access does not grant a right to inspect, extract, audit, reproduce, or identify those methods or sources.

Market risk and responsibility

Markets and digital assets involve substantial risk. You are solely responsible for your research, decisions, transactions, timing, position size, taxes, legal compliance, security, and losses. Past data, attention, popularity, model output, or an alert does not predict future performance. You assume all risk from relying on or combining the service with any strategy, platform, account, or data source.

License and ownership

While your account remains authorized and, where applicable, paid, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the service for your own internal research. CryptoSentiment and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, interfaces, data products, indices, maps, summaries, designs, documentation, brands, trade secrets, and derivative technology.

You may not copy, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, scrape, crawl, mirror, frame, reverse engineer, decompile, reconstruct, benchmark for a competing service, evade limits, automate access without written approval, disclose restricted output, or use the service or its outputs to create, train, validate, or improve a competing dataset, model, index, or product. Feedback may be used by us without restriction, attribution, or compensation.

User inputs and destinations

You retain ownership of lawful material you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and transform it to operate, secure, and improve the service. You represent that your keywords, prompts, webhook endpoints, Telegram connections, and other inputs are lawful and do not infringe another person's rights. Do not submit private keys, seed phrases, card data, credentials, sensitive personal records, or unlawful material.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the service for fraud, manipulation, sanctions evasion, harassment, infringement, unauthorized surveillance, security testing without permission, denial of service, malware, credential abuse, excessive automated traffic, circumvention of access controls, or any unlawful or harmful activity. We may investigate suspected misuse and preserve or disclose relevant records when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce this agreement, or comply with binding obligations.

Third-party services

Authentication, payment, hosting, communications, analytics, market-data, and model infrastructure may be supplied by independent providers. Their terms and availability may apply separately. We do not control and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, changes, security, content, or decisions. A link or integration does not imply endorsement.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delay, interruption, degradation, data loss, or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. These include natural events, war, civil disorder, government action, sanctions, labor disruption, utility or network failure, cyberattack, infrastructure failure, and the outage, restriction, or conduct of a supplier or other third party. A force-majeure event does not create a refund, cash credit, billing extension, compensation, or reversal of a past or current charge.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may add, remove, rename, limit, throttle, replace, or discontinue any feature, dataset, plan, output, integration, or access method. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach, fraud risk, chargeback activity, nonpayment, security risk, operational harm, legal exposure, or misuse. Termination for cause does not create a refund or credit. Sections that by nature should survive termination remain effective.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, merchantability, fitness for purpose, title, non-infringement, security, quiet enjoyment, and error-free operation. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, delivery of any alert, preservation of any setting or history, or compatibility with any device, strategy, or third-party system.

Limitation of liability

CryptoSentiment.net, its operator, owners, officers, personnel, contractors, affiliates, licensors, processors, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, trading or market loss, liquidation, loss of data, business interruption, reputation damage, third-party conduct, or the cost of substitute services, regardless of theory and even if advised that loss was possible.

Their total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the lesser of USD 100 and the amount you actually paid for the affected subscription during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. For free use, the aggregate cap is USD 0.

Indemnity, claims, and general terms

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the protected parties above from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your inputs, account activity, unlawful use, breach of this agreement, infringement, or dispute with a third party.

Before starting a formal claim, you must give us written notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action, and within one year after the claim arose. The laws of Georgia govern this agreement, and the courts in Tbilisi, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction. We may assign this agreement. You may not assign it without our written consent. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver. If a controlling rule makes any provision unenforceable, that provision is narrowed only as much as necessary and the remainder continues. This agreement is the entire agreement about the service.

Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds

Paid plans and renewal

Paid plans are offered monthly or yearly at the price and currency shown at checkout, plus applicable tax. Paid subscriptions do not include a free trial. The Free plan is a separate limited service and is not a trial of a paid plan. Paid subscriptions begin when payment is completed and renew automatically until canceled. By completing checkout, you authorize recurring charges at the stated interval.

Payment provider and pricing

Checkout may be supplied by a merchant of record or another payment provider whose buyer terms also apply. That provider controls payment collection, tax calculation, receipts, supported methods, and transaction processing. Referral or promotional discounts apply only as expressly shown. A first-payment discount does not reduce a renewal, and an expired or unclaimed offer has no cash value. We may change future prices or plan contents by posting or sending notice.

Cancellation

You must cancel through the billing controls we provide before the next renewal charge if you do not want the subscription to renew. Cancellation affects future renewal only. Unless access is ended for cause, paid access ordinarily remains available through the current paid period. Failure to use the service or to cancel before renewal does not reverse a charge.

No-refund policy

Every paid charge is final and non-refundable. This includes initial payments, renewals, annual plans, upgrades, partial periods, unused time, inactivity, mistaken purchases, dissatisfaction, configuration issues, delayed or missed alerts, revised data, unavailable features, third-party outages, account suspension, and cancellation after a charge. We do not provide prorated cash refunds or discretionary account credits.

An approved subscription plan change may result in a prorated charge or a non-cash credit. A resulting billing credit balance is not a refund, has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed, and is applied only toward eligible future charges in the same currency. Ending an account or subscription does not convert unused credit into money.

Immediate access

Where checkout displays an immediate-access acknowledgement, you expressly request that subscription performance begin as soon as payment is completed and during any otherwise applicable withdrawal period. You acknowledge that any statutory withdrawal right is lost once the service has been fully performed. The acknowledgement is recorded with the policy version, time, and country determination used at checkout.

Payment failure and disputes

You must maintain a valid payment method. A failed, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or charged-back payment may cause immediate suspension or termination, collection activity, recovery of provider fees and other costs, and refusal of future service. Payment retries and access restrictions caused by nonpayment are not service outages and do not create a refund or extension.

It does not describe or disclose the source-selection and collection methods behind our analytical datasets, and it does not apply to information that cannot reasonably be linked to a person.

How we use information

We use personal information to authenticate and secure accounts, operate and personalize the service, process and audit billing, deliver alerts, respond to requests, attribute referrals, enforce limits and terms, detect abuse and fraud, investigate errors, maintain records, comply with binding obligations, defend claims, and improve product performance. We may also disclose it for a business transfer, corporate restructuring, payment dispute, fraud investigation, enforcement of this agreement, protection of rights and safety, or a valid legal demand. We do not sell personal information for money or provide it to third parties for their independent targeted advertising.

Cookies and local storage

We use necessary cookies and storage for authentication, security, checkout, referral attribution, country-based consent behavior, preferences, and continuity. Optional analytics is controlled through the Privacy control. Disabling necessary storage may prevent sign-in, billing, saved settings, or other features from working.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including subscription delivery, financial and tax records, fraud prevention, chargeback evidence, security, dispute resolution, backups, and enforcement. Retention may continue after account closure where justified or required. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system, transmission, or storage method is guaranteed secure. You are responsible for securing your accounts, devices, and destinations.

International processing and required requests

Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, using the transfer controls we select. We may verify identity, reject unauthorized requests, charge an administrative fee for unfounded or repetitive requests, and retain information for legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, enforcement, and dispute purposes.

Children

The service is for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We may close an account and remove information if we determine that an ineligible child used the service.
